fa مفهوم رطوبت و انواع آن در طب سنتی ایران تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> واژه‌های رطب و یابس، رطوبت و یبوست از کلیدواژه‌های اصلی است کـه در تبیین کلیۀ شاخه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های نظری اعم از امور طبیعیه، اسباب و علل، دلایل و علائم و شاخه‌های عملی طب که مربوط به پیشگیری و درمان است به‌کار رفته است. با وجود اهمیت چنین مبحثی، بخش مجزایی که به تبیین مفهوم آن پرداخته باشد، در متون طب سنتی ایران وجود ندارد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تبیین مفهوم رطوبت، انواع رطوبت و علائم ذکر شده برای اقسام رطوبت و نقش آن در تشخیص و درمان است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌&rlm;ها:</strong> مطالعۀ حاضر، یک مطالعۀ مروری است. در این مطالعه کتب اصلی طب سنتی ایران با استفاده از نرم&rlm;‌افزار جامع نور با کلیدواژه‌های تر، رطب و رطوبت بررسی شد. همچنین جهت بررسی نظرات محققین عصر حاضر در این خصوص، موتور جستجوهای <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar, PubMed, Magiran, SID, Iran medex</span>&nbsp; با کلید‌واژه‌های <span dir="LTR">Damp, Dampness, Humidity, Moistness, Moisture, Wet</span> بررسی شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در متون طب سنتی ایران، رطوبت گاهی بر کیفیت و گاهی بر مادۀ رطب دلالت می‌کند. رطوبات به‌طور کلی در دو دستۀ رطوبات غیربدنی و بدنی قرار می‌گیرند. رطوبات بدنی را می‌توان بر اساس کیفیت رطوبت، ذات رطوبت، فعل رطوبت و محل آن در چهار دستۀ کلی قرار داد. بر اساس کیفیت رطوبت، فعلی که از رطوبت مورد نظر صادر می‌شود، متفاوت است.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> تبیین مفهوم رطوبت و شناخت انواع آن و علائم ناشی از آن‌ها، می‌تواند گامی در جهت ارتفاء سطح سلامت در کلیۀ مراحل پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان باشد.</span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Background and purpose:</strong> Wetness and dryness are among the main keywords that have been used to explain all theoretical basics including physiopathology or semiology and practical branches of medicine that are related to the prevention and treatment. Despite the importance of such topic, a separate section which explains its concept does not exist in the Persian medicine textbooks. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of wetness and dryness, the types of moisture, and the symptoms mentioned for these types mentioning their role in diagnosis and treatment.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> In this review study, the main books of Persian medicine were assessed using wet and wetness or moisture keywords. A search in Google scholar, PubMed, Magiran, Iran Medex and SID was also done to investigate the current researches.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In Persian medicine, wetness sometimes refers to the very quality of wetness and sometimes to humidity or moisture as wet material. Moisture in general is classified into two types of bodily and not bodily moistures. Bodily moisture can be classified into four general categories based on the quality of moisture, the nature of the moisture, the moisture function and its location.
