Iranian cuisine of casseroles from the perspective of Iranian medicine, based on the introduction of a nonprofit treatise the Book Faqid al-Muqalata (No Fallacy)

Introduction: The role of nutrition in traditional medicine and medical history shows its special status in preserving and, in case of illness, restoring health. One of the appropriate and healthy meal in traditional Iranian tablecloth is Âbgušt (broth). Âbgušt (Arabic: ماءاللحم) is also one of the traditional medicines in Iranian traditional medicine used for curing patients. This meal comes in traditional medicine as both as food and medicine, and Iranian scholars have written their articles and even separate theses about it, its significance and nutritional value.
The present study research is to investigate and analyze the ideas of various experts regarding the method of baking different types of chicken meat and its role in preserving and restoring the health of the body. In this regard, for example, some part of the book, Faqid al-Muqalata (No Fallacy) is introduced and explained.
Materials and Methods
The study was conducted via the library research method. Investigating the medical books of the Islamic period which investigate Âbgušt it medical, the manuscript of Faqid al-Muqalata (No Fallacy) was introduced.
Conclusion:
Regarding the results of this study, conducted via a descriptive-analytical method and with a review of the sources of traditional medicine in Islam and Iran, especially the independent book, Faqid al-Muqalata (No Fallacy), shows how much Iranian physicians emphasized the role of different types of Âbgušt in preserving health and curing illnesses
