other بررسی روش توصیه‌شده توسط ابوالقاسم زهراوی و شرف‌الدین صابونچی اوغلو برای داغ‌گذاری دردهای ناحیۀ کمر تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي(تاريخ پزشكي) Original R.(History of medicine) <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">داغ‌کردن (</span>Cauterization<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">)</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> یکی از تکنیک‌های مهم جراحی در پزشکی دورۀ اسلامی است که از آن برای درمان‌های گوناگونی استفاده می‌شده است. بسیاری از پزشکان دورۀ اسلامی نظیر محمدبن‌زکریای</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">رازی، ابن‌سینا، ابوالقاسم زهراوی و </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شرف‌الدین صابونچی اوغلو</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> در آثار خود به نحوۀ استفاده از داغ‌گذاری برای درمان‌های مختلف اشاره کرده و روش انجام این عمل را شرح داده‌اند؛ به‌عنوان نمونه </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">درد نواحی کمر یکی از شایع‌ترین انواع دردهایی است که درمان آن به روش داغ‌گذاری در آثار نویسندگان گوناگونی در دورۀ اسلامی شرح داده شده است. یکی از کامل‌ترین شرح‌ها و توصیف‌های عمل داغ‌گذاری را ابوالقاسم زهراوی در فصل سی‌ام کتاب <i>التصریف لمن عجز عن التألیف</i> بیان کرده است. او در باب اول از فصل سی‌ام کتاب <i>التصریف</i>، که حاوی مطالب جراحی است، طی ۵۶ زیرفصل به توصیف انجام داغ‌گذاری می‌پردازد. شرف‌الدین صابونچی اوغلو، پزشک ترک قرن نهم هجری در سرزمین عثمانی بود که</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شهرتش عموماً به‌دلیل کتاب جراحی او، <i>جراحات الخانیه</i> یا <i>جراح‌نامه</i> است. این اثر از کهن‌ترین کتاب‌های مصور و رنگی جراحی به زبان ترکی به‌شمار می‌رود؛ هرچند که برخی از محققان عقیده دارند که <i>جراح‌نامه</i> فقط ترجمه‌ای از <i>التصریف</i> ابوالقاسم زهراوی است. زهراوی و صابونچی اوغلو در توصیف عمل داغ‌گذاری برای نواحی کمر، روش مشابهی را برای این کار شرح داده‌اند که تقدم زمانی نگارش کتاب <i>التصریف</i>، می‌تواند دلیل قابل‌استنادی برای بهره‌مندی صابونچی اوغلو از کتاب <i>التصریف</i> و ترجمۀ آن به زبان ترکی باشد. این پژوهش به بررسی نحوۀ داغ‌گذاری توصیه‌شده توسط ابوالقاسم زهراوی و مقایسۀ آن با روش داغ‌گذاری پیشنهادشده توسط شرف‌الدین صابونچی اوغلو برای درمان درد نواحی کمر پرداخته است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;">Cauterization is a surgical technique that has been used for various treatments throughout Islamic period. Many Muslim physicians, lik<span style="background:white">e <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhazes"><span lang="EN-US" style="text-decoration:none">Rhazes</span></a>, Avicenna, Abū al-Qāsim al-Zahrāwī</span>, and <span style="background:white">Şerefeddin Sabuncuoğlu</span>, mentioned the use of cauterization for various medical treatments and described its procedure. For example, low back pain is one of the most common types of pain that cauterization has been used to treat, and it has been described in the works of various scholars in the Islamic period. One of the most complete explanations of the process of cauterization has been described by <span style="background:white">Al-Zahrāwī</span> in the 30^th chapter of the book <i><span style="background:white">Al-Tasrif Liman &#39;Ajaz &#39;Aan al-Taleef&rdquo;</span></i>. In the first part of the 30^th chapter of <i><span style="background:white">Al-Tasrif</span></i>, which contains information related to surgery, he describes the procedure of cauterization in 56 sub-chapters. <span style="background:white">Şerefeddin</span> <span style="background:white">Sabuncuoğlu </span>is a Turkish physician of the 9^th century AH in the Ottoman Empire, who is generally known for his surgical book <i>Cerr&acirc;hiyyet&uuml;&rsquo;l-H&acirc;niyye</i>. This work is considered to be one of the first illustrated and colored books of surgery in the Turkish language, although some researchers believe that <i>Cerr&acirc;hiyyet&uuml;&rsquo;l-H&acirc;niyye</i> is only a translation of <i><span style="background:white">Al-Tasrif</span></i><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> <span style="background:white">Al-Zahrāwī</span> and <span style="background:white">Sabuncuoğlu </span>used the same segmentation in describing the operation of cauterization for the lower back and described a similar method for this procedure, which, considering the time precedence of writing the book of <i><span style="background:white">Al-Tasrif</span></i>, can be a valid reason for <span style="background:white">Sabuncuoğlu</span>&#39;s benefit from the book of <i><span style="background:white">Al-Tasrif</span></i> and translating it.
