fa مقایسۀ بخشی از مفهوم طبیعت مدبّرۀ بدن در طب ایرانی با سیستم ایمنی و هموستاز در طب رایج تخصصي Special اصيل پژوهشي Origianal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">سابقه و هدف: </span></strong><span style="color:black;">سیستم ایمنی به‌منظور حفاظت بدن انسان در مقابل عوامل بیماری‌زا به وجود آمده و به‌طور عمده از دو بخش ایمنی سلولی و ایمنی هومورال (تولید آنتی&rlm;‌بادی) تشکیل شده است. این تحقیق در جست‌وجوی مفاهیم روشنی است که وقوف به وجود سیستم ایمنی بدن را در متون تاریخی طب ایرانی به اثبات رساند.</span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:IRLotus;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> این پژوهش به روش مطالعۀ توصیفی و کتابخانه‌ای با استفاده از منابع طب ایرانی از جمله <em>الحاوی</em></span><em><span style="color:black;"> فی الطب</span></em><span style="color:black;">، </span><em><span style="color:black;">کامل &rlm;الصناعه &rlm;الطبیه، القانون فی الطب</span></em><span style="color:black;">، <em>قانونچه در طب</em>، <em>الموجز فی الطب</em>، </span><em><span style="color:black;">خلاصه التجارب</span></em><span style="color:black;">، </span><em><span style="color:black;">مفرح القلوب</span></em><span style="color:black;">، <em>ذخیرۀ خوارزمشاهی</em>، <em>خلاصه الحکمه</em> و منابع طب رایج انجام‌ شده است</span><span style="color:black;">.</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">در کتب دانشمندان طب ایرانی، نظیر محمدبن&rlm;‌زکریای رازی، ابوعلی سینا، سیداسماعیل جرجانی، عقیلی خراسانی و غیره با مباحث و دیدگاه‌&rlm;هایی مواجه می&rlm;‌شویم که نشانه‌&rlm;های بارزی از وقوف به سیستم ایمنی بدن انسان است به‌طوری ‌که مطابقت زیادی بین بخشی از مفهوم &laquo;طبیعت مدبّره&raquo; در منابع طب ایرانی و مفاهیم &laquo;سیستم ایمنی&raquo; و &laquo;</span><span style="color:black;">هموستاز&raquo;</span><span style="color:black;"> در طب رایج وجود دارد.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">: با توجه به نگاه کلی‌نگر و دقت&rlm;نظر دانشمندان طب ایرانی، چه‌بسا با مطالعات دقیق&rlm;تر در این آثار، بتوان نظریه&rlm;‌های جدیدی جهت تشخیص و درمان بیماری&rlm;‌ها ارائه کرد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> The immune system has developed to protect the human body against pathogens and is mainly composed of two parts: cellular immunity and humoral immunity (antibody production). This study seeks clear concepts that indicate recognition of the immunity system in the historical texts of Persian medicine.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This research has been performed by descriptive and library study method using Persian medicine resources such as <em>Al-Hawi fi al-Tibb</em>, <em>Kāmil al-Sinā`a al-Tibbīya</em><em>, </em><em>Al-Qanun fi al-Tibb</em><em>, </em><em>Qanuncheh fi al-Tibb</em>, <em>Al-Mūjaz fī al-Tibb</em><em>, Khulasat al-Tajareb, Mufarriḥ al-Qulūb, Zakhireye Khwarazmshahi, Khulasat al-Hikmah</em>, and modern literature.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In the books of Persian medical scientists, such as Muhammad ibn Zakariyyā al-Rāzī, Abu Ali Sina, Sayyid Isma&#39;il Jurjani, Aqili Khorasani, etc., we encountered views that are clearly indicative of knowledge of the immune system of the human body.
